a satisfactory stay

convenient location dessert variety many choices poor soundproofing hard mattress rough sheets

the location was convenient. it was easy to walk to many attractions. breakfast offered many choices. i enjoyed the variety of desserts available.

the noise from above was disruptive. i could hear people walking at all hours. the soundproofing needs improvement. the hard mattress was also a concern. the sheets felt a bit rough to me.

nice seaside retreat

extra blanket effective air

i appreciated the delivered extra blanket and very effective air conditioning. taxi information was also readily available. the coffee maker in the room proved useful for morning preparations.

our room overlooked the fire escape and other rooms. we kept the curtains closed due to this limited view. the bathroom needed attention, as toiletries were either absent or empty.

key card problem expensive taxi

The breakfast was acceptable , I suppose , but nothing to write home about.

I had to ask about it. Getting to local attractions required careful planning because bus and metro connections from the airport were awkward. A taxi was expensive , so I felt a bit stranded without a readily available , reasonably priced transport option.

EXCELLENT stay!

waterfront room extensive breakfast friendly staff good location

The waterfront facing room provided AMAZING views of the bay and Castel dell'Ovo. The included breakfast was extensive and of high quality. It offered something for everyone. The staff was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. The location is GREAT. It is close to restaurants, with sea views, and the city center is a short walk away.

The lifts were not working efficiently. I was on the ninth floor, and often only one lift was operational.

The room included a large comfortable bed and premium bedding, perfect after a long day of travel. It featured a minibar, and a modern TV, convenient for evening relaxation. The room also had a spacious wardrobe.

breakfast buffet sea view convenient location

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and good coffee. The location was near restaurants and transportation. My room had a balcony with a partial sea view.

The gym equipment was a bit dated. Though functional, upgrades would be welcome.
